Carl J. Powell has traveled the globe for over 35 years, training and entertaining audiences with his unique approach to total Wellbeing.
Carl is an award-winning speaker and author of “21 Steps to Magnificent Living,” a work resulting from his experience in learning to accept and appreciate how to find the perfect “FLOW.” This inspired him to focus his second book “Recipes for Magnificent Living” on food, friendship, and philosophy. He is currently working on a new book on Mindfulness and a Qigong video series.
He has conducted courses on the Tom Joyner Morning Show’s annual Fantastic Voyage Cruise and his work has been featured in Ebony magazine. No stranger to the camera, Carl has appeared on numerous local and national television shows.
Carl conducts his classes and courses on the Island of Maui, where he currently resides. He also teaches his courses Worldwide. His accomplishments include being a certified Taijifit, Pilates and Yoga instructor.
