Join us for four invigorating qigong classes that blend gentle exercises, breathing techniques, and meditation.

About the Event

Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice whose gentle exercises, breathing techniques, and meditation can help you enhance your health and well-being by improving balance and flexibility and potentially gaining some degree of chronic pain relief and stress reduction. The series will run weekly on Tuesdays through October 3. Take one class or sign up for all!

Instructor Carl Powell is a personal wellness coach and AARP volunteer with more than 40 years of training and motivating people to become more physically fit.
